We are still delighted and stoked and flabberghasted and thrilled that Mary Ocher graced us with a live concert in conjunction with our exhibition „TRANSITIONS | Hinübergehen“ this september.. It was a magical night! While Kaisitz was asleep in one of those first cold, rainy nights, we celebrated Mary and her wonderful music.

Here are some impressions from that evening.

Special thanks go out, of course, to Mary and her companion, who took up with ancient bedding, freezing cold and hot-water-bottles (and no complaints!!), the insanely far-off place compared to her normal schedule and globe. Hail Corona! For, without the pandemic we could never have hoped to lure this amazing and lovely creature here, in our midst. Wir sind noch immer verzaubert und begeistert und irgendwie benommen, dass Mary Ocher uns mit ihrer Präsenz und einem ganz intimen, schönen Konzert zu unserer Ausstellungseröffnung zu TRANSITIONS | Hinübergehen im September beehrt hat. Es war eine magische Nacht! Währen das Dorf schlief in der ersten kalten, verregneten Herbstnacht, hat sich in unserer Scheune das Universum ein Stück aufgefaltet mit Marys wunderbarer, kosmischer Musik!

Unserer besonderer Dank gilt natürlich Mary und ihrer Begleitung, die in Eiseskälte, mit uralten Betten und Wärmflaschen klarkamen (keine Beschwerden!!), so weit jenseits ihrer normalen Konzert-Routen.. Danke Corona! Denn ohne die Pandemie hätten wir wohl nie diese phantastische, schöne Kreatur in unser kleines Dorf locken können, in unsere Mitte!
